The bell in the app header shows what the flows of your workspaces told you: a workspace's notifications go to its owner and admins, plus whoever created the flow or campaign they're about. It checks every minute. It has two tabs: This workspace (the default) and All (every workspace you belong to, each row with its workspace name). The bell's red badge counts this workspace's unread, and each tab shows its own count. Mark all read clears the tab you're on (All clears everything), and clicking one notification marks just that one. Each tab loads 30 at a time; scrolling to the end loads the older ones. Opening the bell no longer marks anything read.
