Settings › Brand holds who your workspace markets: its name, customers, offer and products, how it sounds, its culture and what it must never say. You fill it in once; every campaign reads it, and each campaign decides how to use it in its own Brand section.
What you fill in
| Card | Fields | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Name, tagline, what it offers and for whom, website, its own Shopee store, 𝕏 / Threads / Facebook handles | The facts the AI may say. Without a name, campaigns leave the brand out. |
| Audience | Its customers, market, language | Who the posts speak to |
| Offer | What makes it different, current promo, products (name, price, link, one line each) | Campaigns name only these products, never invent others |
| Voice | Tone (casual, friendly, professional, playful), how it addresses people (kamu, Anda, you), style notes | Only when a campaign speaks as the brand (official) |
| Culture | What it stands for, local context, words it likes, words to avoid | Prompts; words to avoid also block a post as written |
| Rules | Never say, never mention (competitors) | The check step: competitor names and avoided words fail a post word for word; the rest the AI checks |
| Disclosure and photos | Disclosure text (#ad), photos folder (Files) | Added when a persona mentions the brand; the default folder of campaigns' media |
Owners and admins edit it; everyone sees it. Leaving with changes not saved asks first.
How a campaign uses it
Each Auto Post and Auto Reply campaign has a Brand section:
| Brand in this campaign | What happens | Options it shows |
|---|---|---|
none | No brand at all: it posts and replies normally, as the persona | — |
official | The account is the brand and speaks as it, in its voice (Persona is hidden) | Brand link, focus |
mention | A persona mentions the brand where it fits or every time | When to mention it, At most (a limit per account, e.g. 3 a day), brand link, focus, disclosure |
- Brand link
when mentionedadds your website with the campaign's UTM tags (utm_source=mooflair,utm_medium=social,utm_campaign=<campaign>), never next to a product link. - Focus steers this campaign, e.g. the Ramadan promo.
- Add the disclosure (on by default) adds your disclosure text once when the persona mentions the brand.
- A campaign set to
officialormentionwhile the workspace has no brand name stops with “This campaign uses your brand: set it in Settings › Brand”.
How it reaches a run
workspace.brand (src/lib/database/schema/workspace) goes to every run as brand (POST /api/internal/run): the fields, plus brief (the filled ones as one block, empty without a name), guard (never say / never names / never uses the words) and link (with the campaign's UTM). Templates read {{ brand.brief }}, {{ brand.link }}, {{ brand.disclose.text }}, and the guard step's block gets {{ brand.rule.competitor }},{{ brand.culture.word.avoid }}. The At most cap is the brandGate node's limit (brand:<account>), its limited dot sets the mention to never.
FAQ
Can I reply normally without promoting my brand?
Yes. Set Brand in this campaign to none. For mostly normal replies with an occasional mention, use mention, When to mention it Where it fits and an At most limit.
Does the brand change the language of my posts?
No. The campaign's own prompts and post language decide it; the brand's language tells the AI who it speaks to.
What happens if a post uses a word I listed to avoid?
The check step fails it as written and the flow moves on to the next one; nothing goes out.
Can one workspace have several brands?
No. One workspace is one brand; use a workspace per brand (or per client).
