These tools run entirely in your browser. Your data is processed locally and never transmitted to our servers.

2.2 Validator Services

Cloud-based services that verify credentials and check account status across various platforms. These services require account credits or an active subscription.

2.3 Studio Platform

Tools for creating and managing custom validators. Users can build, test, and publish validators for personal use or share them with the community.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Credits

4.1 Credit System

Our validator services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you run validation tasks. Credit pricing and consumption rates are displayed on our platform and may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Subscriptions

We offer subscription plans that provide access to certain services. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.3 Payment Processing

We accept various payment methods including credit cards and cryptocurrency. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

4.4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services:

• Credits: Purchased credits are non-refundable once added to your account
• Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime, but we do not provide prorated refunds for the current billing period

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of data you process through our services. For validators you create in Studio, you grant us a license to host and display your validators on our platform. You can remove your validators at any time.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback about our services, you grant us the right to use this feedback without compensation or attribution.

7. Third-Party Services

Our platform may integrate with or link to third-party services. These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties.

When you use validator services that interact with external platforms, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with those platforms' terms of service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or reliability of validation results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

Validation results should be used for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy of results, as external platforms may change their systems at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mooflair and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
• Actions taken based on validation results
• Unauthorized access to your account or data

Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mooflair, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our services
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you process or submit through our platform

11. Account Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your access to paid services will end immediately, and any unused credits will be forfeited.

11.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity

We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination, except in cases of serious violations.
