This policy explains how Mooflair handles personal data when you use our website, app and engines.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, WhatsApp number (if you add it), password (stored only as a hash) and language.
- Billing details: the name, company, address and tax ID you enter at checkout, and payment records. Card and PayPal details stay with the payment provider; we never see them.
- Workspace content: the flows, campaigns, tables, files and connected accounts you add. Passwords, two-factor seeds, API keys and secret variables are encrypted at rest.
- Usage and logs: runs, steps, browser time, sign-ins (IP, device, country) and security events, kept to run the Service and protect it.
Why we use it
- to provide the Service, run your flows and keep your workspaces secure
- to send codes, receipts, invites and important notices by email or WhatsApp
- to bill you and meet legal and tax duties
- to prevent abuse and fix problems
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Who processes it
We use trusted providers to run the Service, for example hosting, email delivery (Mailgun), WhatsApp delivery (Beamvia) and payments (PayPal). They only process data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
- Account data: until you delete your account (then removed after a 14-day grace period).
- Invoices: as long as tax law requires.
- Run history and logs: according to your plan, then deleted.
- Delivery records of emails and WhatsApp messages: 30 to 90 days.
Your choices and rights
You can see and change your details in Account, download a copy of your data (Account › Data), and delete your account. Depending on where you live (for example under Indonesia's personal data protection law or the GDPR), you may also ask us to correct, limit or explain how we use your data. Contact us and we'll answer within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only the cookies the Service needs: your session, language, theme, currency and the sidebar state. There's no tracking or advertising cookie.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we tell you before it applies.
