These terms are an agreement between you and Mooflair ("we", "us") about using the Mooflair website, app and engines (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and give accurate details.
- You keep your password and one-time codes private. You're responsible for what happens under your account and in workspaces you own.
- A workspace belongs to its owner. The owner decides who is a member and pays for its plan.
What you automate is your responsibility
Mooflair runs real browsers for the flows you build. You are responsible for following the rules of every website and platform you automate (for example 𝕏, Threads, Instagram and Shopee), the laws that apply to you, and the terms of the accounts you connect. Platforms may limit or close accounts that are automated; we can't undo that.
You must not use the Service to:
- send spam, harass people, spread malware or deceive anyone
- collect personal data without a legal basis
- break into systems, get around security, or overload a website
- buy, sell or manipulate engagement in ways a platform forbids
- break any law
We may pause flows, campaigns or accounts that put the Service, other customers or third parties at risk.
Plans, payment and renewal
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay; taxes are added where the law requires.
- When a payment method can't charge your currency, checkout shows the exact amount it charges. Your bank may add a conversion fee.
- Usage limits (node steps, browser hours and others) are part of your plan. When a limit is reached, runs pause until the next period or an upgrade. We don't bill overage without your consent.
- Refunds follow our Refund policy.
Your content
You own the flows, data and files you put in Mooflair. You give us the permission we need to store, process and run them for you. You can export your data from your account at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we don't promise it will never be interrupted. Planned maintenance is announced in the app when possible.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time from Account › Data (after a 14-day grace period). We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms; when we can, we tell you first.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, or for actions platforms take against accounts you automate. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Using the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
